  • Once you sign up and as soon as the Challenge starts, you’ll receive an email with instructions to access the online platform (Thinkific) where all the Challenge material is hosted. This is completely free.
    Every day, you receive an email with the meditation practice and action item of the day.

  • Yes, this time around, a private Telegram group chat is open to you so you can get support. After you sign up for the Challenge, you’ll receive a separate email with an invitation to join this Telegram group chat, should you wish to do so. Completely up to you, of course. But having immediate access to support in your backpocket is priceless!

  • We start on May 12th and the Challenge ends on May 16th, 2025.

    However, you have access to the meditations until May 25th, 2025. So you can go back to your favourite meditations and practice them as much as you want.

    After May 25th, access to all content will be reversed.
