Empowering Nightlife Professionals to Thrive and Succeed Long-Term

Eline Van Audenaerde is a Nightlife & Wellness Consultant, keynote speaker, and HR professional with over 20 years of experience in the music industry. As the founder of The Unicorn Mothership, Eline is dedicated to helping DJs, performers, promoters, event planners, and venues achieve sustainable success while prioritizing mental health and work-life balance in the high-pressure, unpredictable environments of nightlife.

Her journey began at age 15 when she became the lead singer of a metal band, using music and clubbing as an escape from a difficult home life. However, unaddressed trauma eventually led to a mental health crisis. Eline has coached and trained over 500 individuals in the industry and delivered workshops at international conferences such as Eurosonic Noorderslag and Soundcity. She is also a published co-author in the Journal of Psychology of Music and contributed to the Global Nighttime Recovery Plan. Her work focuses on empowering professionals to:

  • Boost motivation and creativity

  • Enhance productivity and collaboration

  • Manage stress and maintain peak performance

  • Safeguard mental health in the workplace

Eline offers 1:1 coaching and bespoke programs tailored to the unique challenges of the nightlife industry, helping her clients create lasting, positive change in both their careers and personal lives.
