    Sessions are conversation-based — I’ll guide you with targeted questions rather than telling you what to do. This approach helps you uncover your own answers and build solutions that truly fit your life. And that you’ll actually stick to.

  • Step 3 – Integration Period
    We always leave 3–4 weeks between sessions so your subconscious mind has the time and space to process, integrate, and naturally start applying what you’ve learned.

  • Step 4 – Personalised Resources
    After each session, you’ll get curated resources from my online course library so you can deepen your learning between sessions.
