19. Never scruff a cat (busting generational beliefs)

Scruffing a cat - grabbing it by the neck, is something you should never do. When a cat is ill or injured and needs treatment, we often wonder how to hold a cat. I looked into how to pick up a cat when one of my cats - Dora Jane, got seriously injured. I was surprised at what I found.
